Agreement on personal data processing

1. Terms and definitions

In this agreement on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the following terms have the following definitions:

• Operator – IT-reserved.
• Acceptance of the Agreement – full and unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Agreement by performing actions of Registration on the Website.
• Personal Data – information entered by the User (subject of personal data) on the Website and relating directly or indirectly to this User.
• User – any person who has successfully completed the Registration procedure on the Website.
• Registration – a procedure of entering by the User of his/her personal data into the database of registered users of the Website for the purpose of identification of the User. According to the results of Registration the User’s account on the Website is created. Registration is voluntary.
• Website – the website located in the Internet at the address: it-reserved.com.

2. General Provisions

2.1 Registration of the User on the Website means the User’s unconditional consent to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement (Acceptance of the Agreement). In case of disagreement with these conditions the User does not register on the Website.

2.2 The User’s consent to the provision of personal data to the Operator and their processing by the Operator is valid until the Operator’s activity is terminated or until the User revokes the consent. By accepting this Agreement and passing the Registration procedure, as well as by further access to the Website, the User confirms that he/she, acting on his/her own will and in his/her own interest, transfers his/her personal data for processing to the Operator and agrees to their processing.

3. List of personal data and other information about the User to be transferred to the Operator

3.1 When using the Operator’s Website, the User submits the following personal data:

3.1.1 Reliable personal information that the User provides about himself/herself during Registration and/or in the process of using the Website services, including, surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, e-mail address.

3.1.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Website services in the process of their use with the help of software installed on the User’s device, including IP-address, information from Cookies, information about the User’s browser (or other program with the help of which the services are accessed).

3.2 The Operator does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User. At the same time, the Operator assumes that the User provides true and sufficient personal information on the questions proposed in the Registration form.

4. Purposes, rules of collection and use of personal data

4.1 The Operator processes personal data that are necessary for providing services and rendering services to the User.

4.2 The personal data of the User is used by the Operator for the following purposes:

4.2.1. Identification of the User;

4.2.2 Provision of personalized services and services of the Website to the User;

4.2.3 Maintaining communication with the User if necessary, including sending notifications, requests and information related to the use of services, provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;

4.3 During the processing of personal data the following actions will be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction.

4.4 The User’s personal data shall be stored and processed by the Operator in the manner prescribed by this Agreement during the entire period of the Operator’s activity.

4.5 Processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator by maintaining databases, automated, mechanical, manual methods.

4.6 The Website uses cookies and other technologies to track the use of the Website services. This data is necessary to optimize the technical operation of the Website and improve the quality of service provision. The Website automatically records information (including URL, IP address, browser type, language, date and time of request) about each visitor to the Website. The User has the right to refuse to provide personal data when visiting the Website or to disable cookies, but in this case not all functions and services within the Website may work properly.

4.7 The confidentiality terms provided for in this Agreement apply to all information that the Operator may obtain about the User during the latter’s stay on the Website and use of the Website.

4.8. The information publicly disclosed in the course of execution of this Agreement, as well as the information that can be obtained by the parties or third parties from sources to which any persons have free access is not confidential.

4.9. The Operator takes all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction, including: provides constant internal verification of the processes of data collection, storage and processing and security; provides physical security of data, preventing unlawful access to technical systems that ensure the operation of the Website, where the Operator stores personal data; provides access to personal data only to those employees of the Operator; provides access to the User’s personal data only to those employees of the Operator; provides access to the User’s personal data only to those employees of the Operator; provides access to the User’s personal data only to those employees of the Operator.

4.10. The User’s personal data shall be kept confidential, except for the cases when the User voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for public access to an unlimited number of persons.

4.11. Transfer of the User’s personal data by the Operator is lawful in case of reorganization of the Operator and transfer of rights to the Operator’s legal successor, in this case the legal successor assumes all obligations to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement in relation to the personal information received by it.

5. Rights of the User as a subject of personal data, modification and deletion of personal data by the User

5.1 The User has the right:

5.1.2. Require the Operator to clarify his/her personal data, block or destroy it in case the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided by law to protect his/her rights.

5.1.3 Receive information regarding the processing of his/her personal data, including information containing:

5.1.3.1. confirmation of the fact of personal data processing by the Operator;

5.1.3.2. the purposes and methods of personal data processing applied by the Operator;

5.1.3.3. processed personal data related to the respective personal data subject, the source of obtaining such data, if other procedure of such data submission;

5.1.3.4. the terms of personal data processing, including the terms of their storage;

5.1.3.5. other information stipulated by the current legislation.

5.2 The User may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written (printed on a tangible medium and signed by the User) notice to the Operator.

6. Consent to receive advertising and information mailings

6.1 By consenting to receive advertising and information mailings, the User agrees to the following terms and conditions: this informed voluntary consent to receive advertising and information mailings.

6.2 The User of it-reserved.com, acting in his/her own interests, gives his/her consent to It-reserved to send him/her to the contact details (phone number, e-mail) specified by him/her on it-reserved.com for information, advertising and informational purposes, namely: newsletters about events, scientific articles and other information and advertising, in the form of and/or e-mails, and/or messages in messengers.

6.3 The User agrees that the text of the consent given by him/her of his/her own free will and in his/her interests is stored electronically in a database and confirms the fact of consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the above provisions and assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the personal data provided.

6.4 The User acknowledges that he/she is aware that at any time during the validity period of this consent, he/she has the right to withdraw consent and unsubscribe from receiving newsletters by clicking on the appropriate link in any email.

6.5 The User is informed that if he/she has any questions regarding unsubscribing, he/she may seek assistance by sending an e-mail to It-reserved technical support service. This consent is granted for an unlimited period of time, provided that there is no information about its revocation.

6.6 The user hereby confirms that his/her exclusive actions (filling in the registration form and clicking the buttons “Discuss project”, “Leave an application”, “Order a project”, “Submit”, “Make an application”, “Learn more”, “Ask a question”) on the website it-reserved.com is a sufficient form of consent and allows It-reserved to confirm the fact of receiving such consent, and no other evidence for additional confirmation of the free will of the user will be required.
